Apparently the ?ANDARIN referred to is on (and this is straight from the Thai in the picture) “Wokking Sateet”. [There’s a Mandarin bar on soi 6 - any connection?] I’m guessing the number that’s been cropped at the bottom is 12,000, which is what they’re offering as a monthly wage for ‘dancing kids’.

I’m not pissed - perhaps the Thai sign-writer was. He did use a different font for every line.
