It was on the 24th March 2008 that I first put (electronic) pen to (electronic) paper and wrote my first ever post for Pattaya Days. Two thousand, two hundred and ten posts later; here I am marking a sixth birthday and still wondering how I manage to churn out the crap on such a regular basis (an average of just over one post per day).
For those who like statistics, here are some more:
529,650 views A current average readership of around 350 per day 4,348 comments (an average of almost two per post)
Pattaya Days has been read by people in 181 countries over the past two years, here is the top twenty:

And here is the bottom of the table, those with only one visit:

Northern Mariana Islands, wake up!!
So there we are, another year, another bunch of statistics. It only remains to thank you for reading, and extra thanks for to those who take the time to comment. Without readers and comments I would have given up long ago.

2014-03-23| Andrew saysBeing in the middle (still ) of one the longest and worst winters in recent memory I find it quite confounding that 14 people searched for “snow culture” on a Thailand blog….
2014-03-23| genuinej saysIs it really only six years? Seems like forever! Congratulations on achieving this milestone, and many thanks for the excellent entertainment.
2014-03-24| Spike saysI actually removed the search statistics (not sure how you managed to catch them) because most of them were “unknown” thanks to Google now encrypting search terms. I guess the people searching on “snow culture” must have been equally surprised to arrive at this: 2010_01_snow-culture

2014-03-24| Andrew saysmust have been before your 2nd coffee as you had also included people searching for " my mother-in-law loves me" which is equally confounding….

2014-03-25| Andrew saysMy most favorite-ist thing is how we always have the same avatar when we comment and how true to life (stunningly accurate ) they are..at least in Spike’s and my own case…not sure about they rest of you….

2014-03-28| Spike saysMine is based on an earlier, accurate assertion that I was a crap wizard. Yours looks like your hemorrhoids have exploded.
