The area around Charoenkrung Soi 22 in Bangkok is full of small shops that fix engines, they have heaps of engine parts and other car parts lying around, usually one shop specialises in one part, so that picture could have been taken there.

It was taken somewhere in Bangkok’s Chinatown; couldn’t say exactly where because I was lost at the time.
