First evening in Bangkok and she who must be obeyed offered to treat me to a meal at the restaurant of my choice to celebrate her recent annual bonus which had turned out to be more than she expected.
I chose Zuma, and we had one of the best (and most expensive) meals we have ever had. Great Japanese fusion food and a fine bottle of wine, a lovely evening. Thank you wife, please work hard and do it again next year.
Knocked out a few photos and here they are, straight off the iPad. ISO from 1000 to 4000.

2013-03-20| Spike saysThe taster menu had eleven dishes. The third photo is of hamachi usuzukuri pirikara ninniku gake (sliced yellowtail with green chilli relish, ponzu and pickled garlic). It was two mouthfuls, but the flavour was completely extraordinary. Every dish was a taste explosion, and we were very full by the end. Magnificent!
