Compliments of the season

· 334 words · 2 minute read

It’s that time of year where the faithful celebrate the crucifixion of the baby JZ for being born a virgin (or something like that, I confuse easily); marking the occasion with several days of greed, rampant consumerism and excessive consumption.

I like to feel that my entire life is built around the triple pillars of greed, rampant consumerism and excessive consumption; so at this time of year I like to do something a little different. I like to humiliate my cats.

Thanks for reading over the past year, extra thanks for commenting. It’s been emotional.

*Credits: Reluctant performers: Tiki and Gabrielle Props: 300 baht’s worth of crap Chinese-made festive decorations. Cat wrangler: She who must be obeyed

Other than pride, no cats were injured during the making of this production.*

Last year’s cat humiliation exercise can be viewed here.

Complaints of the season to you and your lovely cat wrangler old chap, it’s been great fun, jolly pleased to have been a small part of it and much looking forward to the new year, for which best wishes from the far flung colonies! Those cats weren’t superglued? Amazing…

Amazing indeed …. I could do this (and worse) with my Thai cat …. but my Dutch cats would have killed me! Spike I enjoyed your photos and much more also your words and I hope be able to continue enjoying it in the years to come. And if you want to enjoy a grand meal do not to it on top if the Hilton, it was loud and dreadful.
