Having breakfast with my beloved and she points to an abandoned poster out on the street. “That looks like your photo” she suggests, and indeed it does.
This was my photo, included in a post in March of this year:

And this was the discarded poster:

Back home on the computer, it was simple enough to crop the original…

…crop a photo of the poster (notice the subtle manner with which the photo has been tastefully blended into the image)….

….and then bring the two together:

Allowing for my rather crappy aligning skills, the two photos are identical. Unless someone else took the same shot from the same angle at approximately the same time, before the subject’s hair, collar etc had time to move; then it is my photo in the poster.
So what? Well, nothing really. Put your photos online and people will steal them, no point getting upset about it; especially when your own computer is currently busy stealing movies and TV shows via Torrents. Had there been a contact available, it could have been amusing to attempt some correspondence claiming copyright, damages and the right to sleep with the female offspring of the publisher for seven generations.
But what really bugs me is that one of my photos is sharing poster space with such appalling spelling and grammar.

Just last week they stopped two vendors from selling fake goods. I’m sure it sent a strong message to the shop next door selling the exact same items but somehow escaped notice.
