Koral gardens

Some interest expressed in comments on previous posts as to the current state of the Koral development.

I went yesterday and there is good news!! Although building work on the main structures may have fallen a little behind schedule, the landscaping efforts to develop the “beautiful gardens” have been extensive since my last visit, with the natural look clearly in evidence.

On my way home I stopped by a more recent development, the Atlantis. This will be a “themed resort” style condo, and it has proved very popular and sold out in a matter of weeks. Piles were driven a couple of months ago and last month construction cranes were erected to support the planned commencement of construction in the third quarter.

Their gardens may not be as developed as the Koral; but looks like the Atlantis might be completed first. Exciting times!

Just add water…

And quite a lot, too. Koral are clearly going for the fashionable “Stonehenge” look, expect Druids any time soon… Atlantis is clearly going for a “construction” theme, if Craig is right those cranes sure won’t be tall enough…

Not 200m from my house when you took that Koral picture - why didn’t you stop by for a beer?

I was standing on the back of my truck at some point, wearing my Pattaya Days jock strap and matching tutu; surprised you didn’t come out and invite me. You’re not a Silk Road resident by any chance? I rather like the houses there.

Yes, although they could be touchy customers given their alleged prediliction for human sacrifice and this could result in a mass clean-out of Pattaya’s finest realators! If you want to market this one young Spanky you had better do it from behind several impermeable layers of front men…

Isn’t it a crying shame what you have to wear these days not to stand out from the crowd? Get yourself on Stanley’s Pictures in that get-up and there’s a bottle of Bombay Sapphire in it for you…

I can’t own property legally so I will have Thai frontmen and sign Spike’s name to everything. It’s a win/win.

Pattaya Days jock strap? You’re into merchandising now then? I must have one of them, but I just can’t seem to find the “add to cart” tab on your site. Must be another of those design glitches.

And, even better, the most credible reassuring and friendly professional to make Thailand his home does a bit of lawyering in Pattaya, perfect man for the job! You’ll go far with this one young Spanky, I can just tell…
