There’s nothing like a flash of boobs to get the Thai authorities hot under the collar. Topless girls dancing at Songkran; shock horror national scandal. Young ladies appearing in print with minimal or no clothing; flee the country and don’t come back, we don’t do things like this here (well we do, but you are not supposed to flaunt it).
So imagine the outcry when the Thailand’s Got Talent TV show featured a young lady whose only talent was pouring paint over her nipples and then smearing same against some paper.
The two male judges decided that Khun Duangjai and her breasts could advance to the next round (no doubt looking forward to seeing what she will paint with next). The female judge, a model and actress, was less enthusiastic and stormed off the stage. Her self-righteous stance was somewhat weakened when it was pointed out she had posed naked covered in melted chocolate a couple of years ago.
I love living in this country.
