Paying for your pitch

Most of the roads in Pattaya are littered with assorted stall holders. Presumably there is some sort of system whereby their places are allocated and they pay for the privilege. The other evening the police were on beach road, relieving stall holders of cash. The magic trick stand man seemed a little nervous.

Well spotted. People in pyjamas are everywhere; but bald men in pyjamas are harder to catch.
