After a few days away (about which, more later), we returned to discover that the durian hoard amassed during our visit to the fruit orchard was ready for eating. We knew this because our condo, and probably all units in a 50 metre radius, stank of durian. Such a delight.
She who must be obeyed wasted no time in cutting one open and suggesting I photograph it before she eats the contents. So here you are, the insides of a durian:
