A day of processing

· 421 words · 2 minute read

Had done little with the 734 polo photos I took last weekend. Decided I better get stuck in and process them today, before I shoot a couple of thousand more this coming weekend.

This has meant a day in front of Lightroom, which means that I missed some wind and my eyes are now bleeding. But all the images are now processed or, more likely, deleted.

I never know what I am going to discover as I work through them, but I usually find a few that would be suitable for printing and hanging on a (toilet) wall. Like this one:

Sadly I was hoping different but from the common theme your posts have taken of the last few months it seems lifes betters days may have passed you bye. Now instead of days with the sun and wind as your friends you have Apple and Adobe!

Soon it will be walking aids and the smell of disinfectant, used to clean up where the incontinence pads have leads whilst playing with the iPad too strenuously.

Great shot - captured the essence and motion perfectly and wonderful separation.

Very impressive.

Lloyd, sadly I was hoping that I would never hear from you again, you never have anything other than spite to offer. I am sure you climbed a mountain and shagged a lifeboat full of ladyboys before breakfast; but we can’t all live a life of excitement like you do.

Oh, and what Mikey wrote.

I would have joined in on this earlier, however, Mikey captured perfectly the essence of what needed saying, though perhaps I would have added “sad” in there somewhere.

Interestingly I haven’t actually viewed your site, and certainly not posted any comments, since early November. An unkind post, probably from the same asshole from a certain TV forum no doubt, has posted similar content to other blogs which although close to my charming style it is as you say somewhat more spiteful.

Since I no longer read you blog you can presume any ‘other’ comment is not from “Lloyd”, had you emailed me as you have previously I might have put this straight sooner.

Lloyd, as you don’t read this anymore, and from the bottom of my heart, please don’t go.
