2010-01-21| genuinej says“effin’ freezing”? The BBC weather site reports Chiang Rai temperatures 31c max 17c min. Hardly a problem for a hardy Brit, even an ex-pat one. There are other ways of keeping warm besides blankets btw, or have you forgotten?
