Having failed to meet the completion date of February 2009, work has continued slowly at VTR5 and it looks like they nearly have a swimming pool, but there is still no sign of any work taking place on the actual units.
But don’t worry, the developer now has a big sign which categorically states that completion will be in 2009.
This is really good news for “investors”, some of whom have been waiting more than three years for this building to be completed.
The developer’s website is still projecting completion by June 2008, but I am sure they will update it soon.
So, wonderful news from the excellent company which didn’t quite start Ocean 1 yet. Personally I am going put down a deposit tomorrow. Or maybe I will wait till 2011 and see how it is progressing.
