Not a recommended career choice.
First you need a bunch of fresh ingredients. Then you need to spend at least five minutes grinding and mixing and flavouring, allowing time for your customer to sample the mixture to confirm it is to their taste. Then you need to bag it, and wrap an elastic band around it. Finally you will hand it to your customer and get a handful of baht in return.

This lady spends her days next to a storm drain near Pattaya Park. She really would be better off being a merchant banker, but I suspect she never got the choice. Still, she probably smiles more than a banker ever does.
