Last update on this development was in August of last year, where they promised that the property would be finished by February 2009.

Looks marvellous does it not? Just a few minor details to complete, such as all of the interior and the doors and windows and swimming pool and and; but I am sure the team of three men assigned to the project are working flat out to ensure that customers can move in any time soon.

Guess i’m just a glass half full kind of person.
On a similar note, it looks like developers are cleaning up their act… or at least their development sites, every one looks cleaner now than before!
2009-03-04| Spike saysIt is really hard to find any development that is actually being developed. There must be a lot of anxious purchasers hoping to get their money back; most of them are going to be disappointed.
2009-03-05| todd saysindeed. there’s actually some good deals going on fully developed building as the moment too, I’ve seen developers & agents discounting and cutting back their commission to sell the last few units.
