A choice of adrenaline-inducing activities

Hot, sticky afternoon and I feel the need to get out and point a lens at something. There is an area off Theppasit road where you can insert yourself into danger in a variety of ways. First there is a bungee jump, claimed to be the highest in Thailand at 60 metres. I do have a list of things I would like to do before I die; but bungee jumping is not one of them. If it were on the list, I think I would leave it till last, because judging by the condition of the bungee cord at this place, it could be the final thing I do.

Next door there is a paintball area where you can inflict pain on close friends, and an ATV track where you can churn up the dust.

Finally, there is the kart track, where I will admit to having had a few laps in the fastest of the karts, if only to prove that I no longer have the ability to hustle vehicles round a track at anything approaching speed.

There was a rather attractive young lady sliding wildly round the track; naturally I had to try and get a good shot of her. Focusing on her face and keeping it sharp while allowing other bits to blur was a bit of challenge, but I did manage one good snap,
